| 1) After placing my order, how long until my item
is shipped? Your item(s) will usually be shipped within 48 hours of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.
2) What is the cost of shipping? Shipping costs are as follows: $0-$250.00 = $7.50 (USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation) $250.01-$350.00 = $8.50 (USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation) $350.01-$450.00 = $10.50 (USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation) $450.01-$550.00 = $20.50 (USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation) $550.01 and up = Ask for quote.
Insurance is also available and highly recommended to guard against lost or damaged packages. It is optional and must be added upon checkout. The rates are as follows: $0.01 - $50.00 add $1.70 $50.01 - $100.00 add $2.10 $100.01 - $200.00 add $2.50 $200.01 - $300.00 add $4.65 $300.01 - $400.00 add $5.55 $400.01 - $500.00 add $7.55
International shipping rates vary - please inquire for a quote. The starting price for shipping and handling by USPS airmail is $6.00. The delivery time is 5-7 mailing days. Global priority to select destinations is also available starting at $16.00.
3) What type of service is used for shipping? Your items are shipped through the United States Postal System by priority mail with delivery confirmation which takes 2-3 mailing days to arrive. We have found this is the least expensive as well as most reliable service to use. Other services such as UPS as well as FEDEX can be used at your request.
4) What is your return policy? All of our products purchased from our website can be returned for any reason. The item(s) must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of purchase. The item must be in original condition (a strand can not be returned if the beads are off of the string) and a copy of your receipt should be sent along as well (if available). If the receipt is not available, please include the date of your order, order number as well as customer ID. Your return may affect the original discount given on your order. Items purchased on auction may be returned for exchange only.
5) Is there a minimum order requirement? There is no minimum order on any of our products.
6) Do you sell wholesale? Our beads are already at wholesale prices but there can be price breaks if large quantities are purchased.
7) How can I pay for my order using a different payment method such as a money order/cashier's check, personal check? Our shopping cart and checkout is tied into our credit card processor. To pay with a money order or personal check (held to clear), simply shop as if you were using a credit card and once your order form is complete, copy and paste the order into an email and send it to us at hemporium2@aol.com. You will receive an email from us letting you know where to send payment.
8) What should I do if I placed an order and never received an email confirmation? If you haven't received an email confirmation, please email us as soon as possible and we will let you know if for some reason, the order didn't go through.
9) Can I backorder an out of stock item? At times some of the beads are very hard to come by so they may not be available for backorder.
10) Can I request an item that you don't currently have in stock? Yes, you may request an item that we don't currently have in stock. We will do our best to fulfill your needs.
